If you are not currently a Vistech client, we can still assist you in protecting your network.

Vistech Firewall's start with a $500.00 setup, depending on your environment [hardware is not included]. This includes the Vistech Spamguard, and stateful packet filtering. Additional options include PPTP (Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol, so you can take over computers from outside your office), Intrusion Detection (IDS) Monitoring, Intrusion Detection Prevention (IPS), VoIP (VoIP services), and much more.

Basic network security monitoring (not real time) is provided to all Vistech Communications, Inc. high-speed business customers at no addition cost. Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus/Anti-Worm software is also supplied (see Vistech Spamguard) at no additional cost. Vistech customers can also monitor IDS (Intrusion Detection System) events and bandwidth usage. This is just a standard advantage of being a Vistech client.

The IDS console for Vistech clients use to view security events is being developed and supplied by Softwink, Inc.. This software, called "Loggerhead IDS console and reporting system", allows clients to review and Vistech Communications, Inc. administrators to report on possible security threats. The system shows your Internet security in real-time, 24/7/365.

Vistech Communications, Inc. does not monitor IDS sensors 24/7/365.

If your network security policies need to come into compliance with HIPPA or the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act, you'll need the 24/7/365 professional network security monitoring provided by Softwink, Inc. .
